The fully appointed gourmet kitchen and adjacent casual dining room, make dining-in a treat and entertaining a snap! The formal dining room featuring Arts and Crafts ceilings and details, comfortably doubles as an elegant conference room for up to 8.

Enjoy a lively conversation or simple solitude in the airy, bright and cheerful sun room.

The library is an inspired room that lends itself to contemplation and relaxation. Sitting by the fireplace is a great place to read a favorite book or relax to music on the cd player.

The enchanting antique pumphouse has been converted to a cozy poolside cabana, complete with stained glass windows, sitting room with pot-belly stove and romantic spiral staircase leading to the loft bedroom above.

The Sonoma Rose Villa Policies

• Maximum Allowed: 12 guests.

• Available: March 1 - October 31; 2 night minimum stay. Holidays: 3 nights

• Rate: $1100 per night weekends; $950 per night mid-week.

• Check-In is NOON (or by special prior arrangement).

• Pets are not allowed (except assisting). List of nearby boarding facilities available upon request.

• Sonoma Rose Villa is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY.

• Children are gladly accepted by arrangement.

• Absolutely no parties unless a prior written agreement is approved by both owner and guest.

• Rates are per night. Each extra person over maximum: $90 per night.

• All rates are subject to required local hotel/room tax (9%). Subject to change without notice.

• Advanced reservation and a $350 deposit (check preferred) required at time of booking.

• Balance for stay to be received: Cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card payable upon arrival; 15 days in advance if paying by check.

• Required Damage/Security deposit of $1,000 by advanced check or can be held as "authorization only" on your credit card upon arrival.

• Cancellation: Full deposit of $350 refunded refunded (less a $25 processing fee) if notice of cancellation is received 30 days in advance of stay. At least 14 days advance notice, 50% refunded.
